Marina Walker is an award-winning published garden photographer based in Hertfordshire, working across London, the Home Counties, and beyond. She photographs private gardens, public spaces, floral design, and commercial projects, with a patient, considered approach and an instinct for how planting, light, and mood translate through the lens.

Marina’s work in garden photography has its roots in 2014, when she began consistently documenting her late mother’s garden that she took on as her own. Photographing the same space over time taught her how to work with natural light, understand the seasonal rhythm of planting, and make measured visual decisions. That period of self-taught practice shaped the way she works today, laying the groundwork for what would later become a professional career.

Marina works with garden designers, landscapers, florists, editorial teams and businesses to create imagery for portfolios, publications, websites, marketing and more. Her work has been recognised by the Garden Media Guild, where she was named Portfolio Photographer of the Year 2024.

Alongside her commissioned work, she offers 1:1 tuition and sells a curated collection of prints and greeting cards featuring her original photography online and in shops worldwide.

Her debut solo exhibition was held at Myddelton House Gardens in September 2021
